ALTO, the Hong Kong restaurant taking diners to great heights on the top floor of V Point Tower in Causeway Bay also takes diners to great heights with its exceptional cuisine.
Breath-taking views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong are accompanied by a contemporary grill-centric menu with a modern twist, all nestled in a stunning interior designed and crafted by acclaimed international designer Tom Dixon.
ALTO promises to be anything but ordinary and guests’ senses will be inspired by refined contemporary dishes created by a professional culinary team, led by Head Chef, Bharat Thapa.
Selecting from the finest grill items, ALTO’s diners can choose from superior USDA Prime and Argentinian grass-fed beef that is char-grilled to perfection; Japanese A4 Wagyu Sirloin or tender Australian lamb.
Other featured dishes include creative mains - Sous-vide Chicken Breast and Sous-vide Salmon, an eclectic array of starters, side dishes and salads, with favourites being the chef’s Ahi Tuna Tartare; Grilled Halloumi with Pickled Cauliflower; and Tomato with Smoked Almond Romesco. Decadent desserts are a feature of the menu and include Passionfruit Tart, Frangelico Panacotta and a tasty selection of cheese.
Artisanal cocktails, and a superb range of wines from some of the world’s most respected vineyards serve to satisfy the palate of wine lovers.
Inspired by ALTO's Bar and Grill restaurant grill and the views of mountains, sea and sky, Tom Dixon’s design captures the four classical elements of earth, air, fire and water with blackened timber table tops, molten metal brass fittings, green marble and terrazzo stone adding to the glamour of this high-profile space.
